Paul Haddix of Haddix Construction, LLC. has been involved with residential construction for over 20 years. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Eastern Michigan University. He majored in Computer Aided Design and minored in Math and Sciences.

Mr. Haddix's industrial experience came from a Facilities Engineering position that he held while working for EBCO Manufacturing Company. He managed several new construction projects which had million dollar budgets, designed and developed plans for internal office expansion and remodeling, and managed employees.

Although half of Paul's building and management experience is with industrial, his move to residential construction has been exciting for him. He has had the opportunity to develop his own plans which he offers to clients and provides design services for clients who want to change existing house plans to their personal satisfaction. Mr. Haddix is presently building in several different communities in all price ranges, and he is personally involved with all aspects of each professionally built home.

Mr. Haddix guarantees the workmanship and construction on all of his homes for one year, and provides many additional services in a timely manner. His preferred building areas are Scott County and northern Fayette County, but he will consider other areas. He is a registered builder, a member of both the Scott County and Lexington Home Builders Associations, the Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau and is bonded in Kentucky.

Dave DePauw - Operations Manager 859-509-6523

Mr. DePauw comes to us from Michigan, where he managed multiple housing developments for a Troy based general contracting firm. He has over 20 years of construction experience in the custom home market, and is a third generation carpenter. As our on-site Project Manager he will be coordinating each project, and responsible for scheduling all warranty work and repairs.
