We have an in-house designer that will work with you diligently to perfect the home of your dreams and prepare professional construction plans, which will be used for an Agreement, Construction Financing and of course, the construction of your new home.
As an alternative, we have strong working relationships with many local Architectural firms; we can help guide you through the design process, working with the chosen firm, providing budgetary estimates for your new home.
Throughout the process, Haddix understands that communication is very important. The builder’s success in personalizing your home depends on effective and open communication. Before Construction Begins
Construction usually begins 30-45 days after you sign an Agreement to build. It is, however, subject to potential holdups such as local government approvals, utility availability, construction backlogs, delay in the developer's delivery of lots, availability of materials and contractors, changes requested by the homebuyer and the degree of difficulty encountered in initiating those changes plus the time for independent inspections. The most frequent cause of delay is usually weather, specifically rain or other poor conditions.
Your Haddix Construction Sales Professional will be able to tell you when construction should begin on your home, as well as the average number of days for normal construction of your project.
