We’re committed to understanding what you want in a home and in a homebuilder. It’s this knowledge that has helped us consistently improve our quality, increase our expertise, and maintain the highest levels of homeowner satisfaction. Your home is covered with the following:

  • 1-year workmanship and materials
  • 10-year waterproof warranty on foundation
  • Manufacturers window warranty
  • Manufacturers warranty on major appliances
  • Manufacturers warranty on HVAC
  • Manufacturers warranty on hot water heater
  • Manufacturers warranty on plumbing fixtures
  • Manufacturers warranty on roofing shingles

In general, the Warranty is a commitment that materials and workmanship are warranted for one year from the time of closing. Some appliances, equipment, and other components included in the home are not warranted by the Builder, but are covered by separate warranties provided by the manufacturer or supplier. During the first year, the Builder will correct the malfunction of an appliance or item of equipment if the malfunction is due to damage during installation or improper installation.

Emergency Warranty Service
Some examples of emergencies include gas leaks, no heat in extreme cold, no cooling in extreme heat, severe electrical problems, or severe plumbing leaks that cannot be isolated.

You will notice that we offer to come back and check on your new home at 60 days from closing and again at 11 months. You can either email directly from our website or mail your service request.
