Some appliances, equipment, and other components included in the home are not warranted by the Builder, but are covered by separate warranties provided by the manufacturer or supplier. During the first year, the Builder will correct the malfunction of an appliance or item of equipment if the malfunction is due to damage during installation or improper installation.
